Our Team
Anthony Bond prides himself on maintaining close working relationships with his clients, and delivering exceptional service and solutions through open communication, extensive industry knowledge, and impeccable attention to detail. Anthony is Passive House certified, employing cutting edge German approaches in sustainability through Passive House principles — the only Passive House certified tradesperson in the Central West.
Renee Bond utilises her years of human resources and project management experience to oversee the team, run the Natural Build office and guide you through the process of designing and building your dream home.
Hilary Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecturefrom UTS and is a qualified secondary school teacher in the fields of graphic design and technology. Hilary left the bustle of teaching in Western Sydney to pursue her passion for design and client work and has settled into the relaxed lifestyle of Mudgee, bringing her eye for detail and design development to Natural Build in 2018.

Anthony Bond has had many years experience in the Australian building industry. After cutting his teeth as an apprentice alongside a leading licensed builder in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs for five years, Anthony continued work in the City to develop an extensive knowledge of complex, and high-spec residential construction. He then took on supervisory roles across a range of exclusive suburban building sites within the Sydney Region for another two years, before relocating to Northwest NSW.
Anthony is committed to the health and safety of his clients, employees and on-site personnel. He ensures that Natural Build provides a safe working environment at all times. Natural Build implements safe systems for work and provides information, instruction and supervision to keep our Team safe and injury-free. We insist that all construction workers have a current White Card.
